The week before Christmas, Habitat for Humanity International launched its first-ever fleet of Mobile Response Units, 24 vans donated by Chevrolet and specially outfitted with tools and supplies donated by Lowe’s and the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. Their destination? Habitat affiliates working in New York and New Jersey to help rebuild communities affected by Superstorm Sandy.
