On Nov. 23, Habitat’s annual Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project returns to Haiti as part of its two-year effort to strengthen and support Habitat’s work there.
Every Carter Work Project is a special occasion, but in 2013, the project will mark the 30th year that the Carters have so generously given their time and talents to help build with families in need of decent housing. The project will
be based in the U.S., and we’ll be inviting Habitat organizations all around the country and the world to help mark such a wonderful anniversary.
In that spirit, Habitat World invites all those whose lives
have been touched by the
Carters’ involvement to share
with us your memories, photos and appreciations. Email us at habitatworld@habitat.org or reach out to us on Twitter at @HWEditor. We’d love to hear your stories — and share them in a future issue.
